Configuring SSO

This feature requires the Manage SSO permission.

GAP supports SSO by means of the Open ID Connect (OIDC) protocol.

In order to set up SSO for your tenant(s), you will need the following information:

• Authority URL

• Client IDs (for one web apps and one for the smartphone app - if required)

• Client Secret

• OIDC Discovery URL

To set up SSO for your tenant(s), please contact the Support Desk for assistance. The Support Desk will provide you with the necessary instructions to configure your Identity Provider (e.g. Entra ID, Okta, etc.).
