Managing Flight Alerts

These actions require the View Itineraries permission.

Subscribing to Flight Alerts

1. From the GAP Admin home page, click "Flight Alerts" under the "Travel" section.

2. Click the "+ New Subscription" button.

3. Enter your e-mail address in the "Subscriber email" text box.

4. Select which events you want to be notified about via the "Flight Events" check boxes.

5. Click the "Create Subscription" button.

Editing Flight Alert Subscriptions

1. From the GAP Admin home page, click "Flight Alerts" under the "Travel" section.

2. Click the e-mail address of the alert subscription you want to edit.

3. Update the e-mail address using the "Subscriber email" text box.

4. Amend which events you want to be notified about via the "Flight Events" check boxes.

5. Click the "Update Subscription" button.

Deleting Flight Alert Subscriptions

1. From the GAP Admin home page, click "Flight Alerts" under the "Travel" section.

2. Click the e-mail address of the alert subscription you want to edit.

3. Click the "Remove Subscription" button.

4. At the confirmation dialog, click the "Remove Subscription" button.
