Provisioning Thuraya XT Pro Devices

Adding a Device

If the "Thuraya XT Pro" device type is not available for your tenant, please contact your administrator.

In the GAP Portal, click "Devices" from the banner menu.
Click "+".
Select a tenant from the "Tenant" drop-down list.
Select "Thuraya XT Pro" from the "Device Type" drop-down list.
Enter the IMEI for the device in international format in the "Device Id" text box. The IMEI number cna be found under the battery on the device.
Enter a display name for the device in the "Friendly Name" text box.
Assign a user to the device using the "Assigned User" drop-down list.
Click the "OK" button.

Contact the Support Desk to obtain the e-mail address to enter in step 4.

Select "Menu".
Select "Contacts".
Select "Add Contact".
Create a new contact with name "GAP" and the e-mail address supplied by the Support Desk.
Select "Save".
